This all-levels cycle class will activate your full body in an exciting 50-minute workout that incorporates choreographed movements, light hand weights and a combination of climbs, sprints and intervals.

Revolution bike bootcamp

in this 50 min workout, we'll complete intervals on and off the bike (to the side). In switching back and forth from our spinning style and challenging strength training you will be sure to get a great full-body workout.

an invigorating barre-style class where you will perform targeted exercise to activate multiple muscle groups. In this 45-min class, you'll enjoy toning your body in a safe, low impact manner through the use of small focused movements.
